MY STORY

I'm Millie ,18, the baker behind all the brownies and sweet treats. From a very young age I've loved baking. I have worked in  pubs from the Age of 14 creating desserts and serving up to 100 covers. This environment taught me how to cope with the stress of the catering world! and all the basics at a young age while learning the most complicated of techniques which I've kept to this day. Once I left school I went to Catering college, the time i spent there was invaluable. While I was studying at college I acquired my 5 star hygiene rating from the food standards agency which was my first step to opening up my own business. Since then my love for baking has turned into a business venture, I'm forever learning and gaining skills to improve every element of Mil's Kitchen.
